New Principal at Saracens Broadfields
Saracens Broadfields joined Saracens Education last September and are going from strength to strength:
- Highest ever timetables check outcomes (23.23 average score)
- Highest yet ‘Good’ level of development outcomes at 72.8% for our Early Years pupils.
- Pupil Premium pupils outperformed their more advantaged peers in KS2 reading
The Year 6 leavers who chose to continue their education with Saracens Education have made a successful transition to Saracens High School, maturing in the values we share across all of our schools and indeed with Saracens as well.
It’s into this successful context that Sarah Marriott has taken up the role of principal of the primary school and nursery in Edgware, north London.
Sarah has experience of working in a number of primary schools and comes to us from a nine year term as the headteacher of Pinner Wood School where they achieved ‘outstanding’ from Ofsted in all areas.
Sarah explains why moving to Saracens Broadfields was such an easy decision:
‘The moment I walked into Saracens Broadfields, I knew this was the place for me. I was immediately struck by the warmth of our community, the dedication of our strong staff team, and our truly exceptional facilities – it genuinely feels like a little countryside in the city!’
